We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers who will help create a successful EUROGYM.
We need many volunteers and plan to form a team of 300 people in total.
Volunteers must ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all participants have a wonderful experience in Pistoia in July 2026.
Being a volunteer gives you experience from working on events, new knowledge and wonderful memories.

WHY
At EGFL & EUROGYM 2026 in Pistoia, you’ll share unforgettable moments with fellow volunteers and get a unique behind-the-scenes look at a major international sporting event.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, whether it’s supporting activities on the gymnastics floor, helping in school accommodations, assisting spectators during the Stadium Ceremonies and Gala, or contributing in many other areas.
WORK AREAS
We need assistance with:
- accreditation
- event coordination
- funzone evening parties
- exhibition and participation activities
- data entry
- children’s and youth programs
- catering
- logistics and transport
- marketing
Volunteers are needed in all areas to make EGFL & EUROGYM 2026 in Pistoia a success.
REQUIREMENTS FOR VOLUNTEERS
You are at least 16 years old on monday, July 6th 2026 and can support us on at least 3 days (shifts) between July 6th to July 17th 2026. If you enjoy teamwork and sport, then become part of our volunteer team.

From July 6th to July 12th – Set up and main days of 5TH EUROPEAN GYM FOR LIFE CHALLENGE 2026
From July 12th to July 17th – Main days of 15TH EUROGYM 2026
WHAT DO WE OFFER
As a volunteer, you will be provided with uniform volunteer clothing and you will have access to all nonticketed events, the Stadium Cerimonies and Gala and the event during your free time.
While on duty, you will be provided with meals and can relax or socialise with other volunteers in the Volunteer Lounge.
All volunteers receive a free public transport ticket for the duration of their volunteering in Pistoia.
At the end of your volunteer work, we will organize a big thank-you party and send you a certificate of participation.
SHARED ACCOMMODATION
For all volunteers who do not come from Pistoia or the surrounding area, free shared accommodation (sleeping mat and sleeping bag, with limited capacity – first come first serve!) including breakfast is available.
Volunteers who arrive with their club or gymnastics association and who are also taking part as competitors, will be accommodated in the schools designated to their clubs or associations.
