VOLUNTEERS AT EUROGYM 2026

Join our team of volunteers!

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers who will help create a successful EUROGYM.

We need many volunteers and plan to form a team of 400 people in total.

Volunteers must ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all participants have a wonderful experience in Pistoia in July 2026.

Being a volunteer gives you experience from working on events, new knowledge and wonderful memories.

Furthermore, research shows that volunteers are happier than other people 😉

WHY

At the Eurogym 2026 Pistoia, you will experience unforgettable moments together with other volunteers and gain an insight behind the scenes of a major sporting event. You will contribute to the smooth running of the event on the gymnastics mat, in the schools accommodation, looking after spectators during the Stadium Gala and in many other areas.

WORK’S AREAS

Whether in accreditation, various events, the funzone evening parties, numerous exhibition and participation offers, data entry, children’s and youth programme, catering, logistics and transport services, marketing or district management in a school – helping hands are needed everywhere.

REQUIREMENTS

You are at least 16 years old on monday, July 6th 2026 and can support us on at least 3 days (shifts) between July 7th to July 18th 2026. If you enjoy teamwork and sport, then become part of our volunteer team.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

As a volunteer, you will be provided with uniform volunteer clothing and you will have access to all nonticketed events, the Stadium Gala and the event during your free time. While on duty, you will be provided with meals and can relax or socialise with other volunteers in the Volunteer Lounge. All volunteers receive a free public transport ticket for the duration of their volunteering in Pistoia. At the end of your volunteer work, we will organize a big thank-you party and send you a certificate of participation. For all volunteers who do not come from Pistoia or the surrounding area, free shared accommodation (with limited capacity – first come first serve!) including breakfast is available.
